William had a sister "Jane Ware" born Sep 1829, in home 1900 census, Diamond Hill.
William (farmer)& Rebecca had been married 30 years. had 9 children, all living.

Abbeville SC History of Ware and Campbell families.-- Name "Ware: anglicized from
Wier, Weir, and Wire. Parents of William and James Ware left Larn, Ireland Nov 1789
and arrived Charles Town (Charleston) SC January 1790. They migrated to Abbeville
District same year. Ann, daughter, was born during the ocean voyage and later married John Smith. No children were born in this marriage. James mother owned 800 acres in Abbeville, which was left to Robert Ware and later sold to William, which was
later owned by Marshall Ware, g-g-grandson.
William and James Ware married sisters (Sarah & Laticia Gray) who came from Ireland 1822 with parents, Matthew and Margaret Gray, who had eight daughters.
William and Sarah had several children that survived. William served in CSA, Co B, 7th SC Reg. --- After the war, William married Rebecca Davis, daughter of Thomas and Jane McAdams Davis, who had nine children. (Jane died 1922) --- James T. Ware, son of William & Rebecca, married Annie Ferguson and had ten children.
Maggie Ware, daughter of William & Rebecca married Jim Campbell and they had six children --- James Wayne Ware married Katherine Elizabeth Woodhurst.

Rebecca listed 1910 census Abbeville Co, Diamond Hill area, age 52, widow, 10 children with eight living. Only two home, Clyde and Leo. 1920 census Diamond Hill list age 73, widow. -- Death 1922, source unknown.
