T.L. Hamilton Expires; Rites Here Sunday
Thomas Lincoln Hamilton, 84, a resident of the Boyleston section of Henderson County, died Friday at the home of his daughter in that section, Mrs Fred Gilreath, After a long illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Thos. Shepherd Memorial Chapel with the Rev. J.E. Blythe officiating. Interment will be in Beulah Cemetery with Shepherd's Funeral Home in charge. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. J. Newt Evans of Hendersonville; Mrs E.G. Drake of Route 1 Hendersonville; Mrs Gilreath; Mrs A.J. Hamilton of Elizabethton, Tenn.; and Mrs Glenn Arrington of Hendersonville; seven sons, Henry B. Hamilton of Hendersonville; Albert Hamilton of Hendersonville; Ira Hamilton of Forest City, Harvey Hamilton of Greenville, S.C.; Robert Hamilton of Route 4, Hendersonville; Thomas H. Hamilton of the U.S. Navy, Norfolk, Va.; and John Hamilton of Raleigh; 30 grandchildren and 11 great grand-children.
