J.M. Orr, 82 Passes Away
John Mitchell Orr, 82, died at his home on Oakland Street this morning
following an illness of several months. He is survived by the widow, Mrs.
Nannie Staggs Orr, and a son, Walter O. Orr of Washington, DC
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the
Thomas Shepherd Memorial Chapel by the Rev. E.E. Wall, assisted by Rev. A.V.
Reese
Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery.
