General:

Marion has been in a Health Care Nursing Home in Columbia, SC for two years. She had a "Stroke" shortly after arriving home and was there two days and nights before they found her. Her condition has improved so that she remembers very well, does many things for herself, and very good on telephone eventhough she is confined to a wheel-chair. (E.
