General:

Rev. D.W. Pickelsimer was Ordained to Ministry by Upper Wilscott Baptist Church at age 22. At the age of 89, Dewey was living with his son, Gaitor, in Cleveland, TN and going to church everytime the door opened. He was the main instigator of the reunion held each year (third Sunday of June) at the Upper Wilscott Baptist Church. It now includes the Daves family and is quite a large and noted occasion.
